Toyota Mobility Program
Toyota Mobility is a program designed to address the transportation needs of Toyota owners who have a disability or who have a family member with a disability or mobility issue. The program provides cash assistance of up to $1,000 of the cost equipment, and it offers flexible, extended-term financing of up to 84 months.
Reimbursements must be applied for by the original vehicle purchaser within 90 days of the completion of the installation. Equipment installations must be completed within 12 months of the new Toyota vehicle delivery date. Toyota began providing mobility solutions back in 2001 by introducing the Tundra pick-up truck with a wheelchair lift. Since then we have continued to expand our vehicle lines that offer mobility assistance products and partnered with some of the best conversion companies in the market today: VMi New England and Automotive Innovations has been converting Sienna wheelchair vans and installing Independent Living Aids, installing lift-up seats in nine of our most popular sport utility vehicles including RAV4 and Highlander models. Wheelchair lifts, scooter lifts and hand controls are available on most of our Toyota models.

Financial Assistance TOYOTA MOBILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
This program provides cash reimbursement of up to $1,000 of the cost of any aftermarket adaptive equipment or conversion, for drivers and/or passengers, when installed on any eligible purchased or leased new Toyota vehicle.
Under this program, the cash reimbursement will be provided for the exact cost you paid to purchase and install qualifying adaptive driving or passenger equipment for transporting persons with physical disabilities
This offer applies to all purchased or leased new Toyota vehicles
Expect to receive payment within 6-8 weeks after all the paperwork is submitted. Incomplete paperwork will delay the payment.
Leased vehicles require advance written lessor approval of adaptive equipment installations.
Only vehicles sold or leased and delivered to a retail customer by an authorized Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc. dealer are eligible under this program.
The adaptive equipment must be installed within 12 months of vehicle purchase or lease.
A Reimbursement Application Form must be submitted to the Toyota Mobility Assistance Center within 90 days of complete installation of adaptive equipment
Qualifying adaptive equipment or conversion is defined as any aftermarket alteration or equipment installation on an eligible Toyota vehicle that provides to the disabled user convenient access and/or the ability to drive the vehicle.

- Determine your state’s driver’s license requirements.
- Evaluate your needs – Contact VMi New England for further information.
- Select the right vehicle – Consult with aevaluator at VMi New England Mobility Center and adaptive installer to determine the best Honda model to meet your needs.
- Go to a qualified mobility equipment installer like VMi New England Mobility Center – Shop around and ask about qualifications, capabilities, experience, warranty coverage and service.
- Obtain training on the use of the new equipment – When this process is complete, follow the guidelines and complete and submit an application for assistance to recover up to $1,000 of the cost of your adaptive equipment and/or conversion.
